John began selling residential real estate in 1989, allowing him to use his extensive sales skills and expertise while connecting with and helping people on a very personal level. As a result, he has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes in California and most recently on the Monterey Peninsula.

John has focused his professional education in real estate. He has built a reputation in the real estate community as an innovator and early adapter in technology. His comprehensive approach and pleasant demeanor make for the perfect fit to negotiate, sell or help you find and buy your home.

He serves the Carmel and Monterey Peninsula. In addition, he continues his long standing partnerships in the San Francisco Bay Area. John has represented hundreds of home buyers and sellers in prices ranging from $70,000 to $7,000,000. John has been awarded the prestigious President's Club Designation with several real estate firms that he has represented. He has been awarded Realtor of the Year by his peers in past years.

He is very creative and has the ability to think outside the box. He has represented an array of high-profile clients. He has been a technical trainer with NAR National Association of Realtors and has assisted with training other realtors. He holds the prestigious CRS, CDPE, and e-PRO designations.

John is well known throughout the community as having been an entertainer, guitarist and vocalist for over 35 years.
