Richard started in the real estate business in 1990, then went into lending, left the industry and started restaurants and wine businesses. He has two wine labels: Otter Cove and Oh Wines.

Now he's back...Richard has the knowledge and expertise to get your real estate transactions done. He has a B.S. in Business with an emphasis on entrepreneurship from California State University at East Bay. He grew up on the Monterey Peninsula and spent his early years working in his parent's businesses. They owned and operated motels in several locations. Richard has lived in Monterey, Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach, and Carmel so he knows the peninsula area very well. He also had two restaurants in Carmel-By-The-Sea and has dealt with the city and numerous visitors from around the world, in addition to many local customers. He enjoys golf, tennis, skiing, swimming, yoga, cooking, and wine tasting.
